So have you become Kitty or still stay as Garfield?This is the question being posed to me few days ago. Yes, I feel like fat old grumpy Garfield and I need to transform to Fabulous Kitty.
I need to stay thin for two reasons. One is for health and another for vanity.
I love food and sweet stuffs such as cakes, Cendul, Gula Melaka ice cream and etc (whatever can be eaten and taste good). If I don't watch and control my diet, I will grow fat easily. My family has history of diabetes and my dad had kidney failure. He used to go for dialysis 3 times a week. It's painful to fall sick and the cost of medication is high. People around us will feel the pain and we will be burden to those around us. I want to eat and grow old healthily. There are many food around the world that I need to taste.
I'm surrounded by people that emphasize on physical appearance. My sister call me Fat Boy! Some one called me Fat Chu! I'm thin and when I grow fat, I need proper solution to maintain my look. Getting clothes with bigger size is not the solution. The right way is through food. We are what we eat. I want to be thin and look young. I don't want the bulge on my stomach being the reason of not buying nice shirt! I need to look good from Bontton to Burberry, from Cheetah to Cavalli, from Dapper to DKNY. I feel great sastifaction even though I can't afford the super luxury shirt as long as I look good in the changing room. lol!!
I found the easy and healthy way to manage my weight a year ago. My angel shared the method and coached me. With her guidiance and awesome follow up, I lost 6Kg in 6 weeks. I'm doing it again. I have lost 2.5Kg in a week plus. There is another 2.5Kg to go. I shall over come the evil temptation from my colleagues (yes, it's you...don't laugh).
